Remember in the early 90's when it was cool (at least in crafty circles) to make hair apparel out of trash? Well, my sister had a barrette where the bow was made of an M&M package tied in the middle. Then 3 M&M's were glued over the middle and shellacked. My other sister ate the M&M's and suffered no ill effects.
