Lhasa Happy Homes is desperately in need of a foster home for a Lhasa Apso mom and her newborn puppies. They're currently at the Bakersfield shelter but LHH will be getting them on Wednesday. ReplyDeleteI wish I lived in SoCal...I'd foster them. I had a Lhasa Apso when I was a teenager. He was sweet, but peed all over the house, the little stinker (literally!). That was before I knew how to crate train dogs....
